META has updated their status page

The META engineering team has informed that the fix for receiving incoming messages and message delivery on WhatsApp has been deployed and this issue is now mitigated.

We are aware of an issue that is impacting our WhatsApp API. When attempting to send messages, you will get the error: "500 Internal Server Error"

Our engineering team has fixed the issue and now all systems are operational.

Between ~7am and ~9am UTC+1, some users were unable to generate API KEYs via the 360dialog Hub and API. The issue is now resolved.

The issue with Hub access is now resolved. Due to some server errors, the Hub was not able to be accessed for about 1.5 hours between 6am~7.30am UTC. If you continue to face errors with your Hub account, kindly create a support ticket with us.

At ~13:15UTC we detected a performance degradation of our APIs. Customers may have experienced increased API response times and / or API timeouts. The issue was resolved by -14:32UTC.
We are reviewing the incident internally and we will provide a root cause analysis in due course.
