    Meta has identified an issue where an incorrect error message appears during the Embedded Signup process. The message currently states, “Error: 2388297 [object Object] report error to 360dialog,” which may incorrectly suggest the issue is related to 360dialog.

    The correct message should indicate that the issue is caused by reaching the phone number limit in WhatsApp Manager. To add a new phone number, you’ll need to delete an existing one from WhatsApp Manager or request additional numbers. If you need support with this, please contact our support team.

    Meta’s engineering team is working on a fix, and we are now closing this issue on our status page.

    The Embedded Signup issue is still under investigation. Some Business Managers may continue to experience onboarding failures due to a bug in Meta's UI.

    We are waiting for Meta's engineers to apply the necessary adjustment. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.

    The issue is limited to some Business Managers and is caused by a bug in Meta's UI. This bug incorrectly displays a generic error ([Error 2388297]) instead of the true failure reason, which is related to the account's specific limits or settings.

    We are now waiting for Meta's engineers to apply the necessary adjustment. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.

    Our Helpdesk provider, Intercom, is now accessible again. You can reach our support team through the chat support widget in the 360dialog Hub. Please note that we are still experiencing some loading issues and latency due to the earlier AWS incident. As a result, support responses may be slower than usual.

    Our Helpdesk provider, Intercom, is having an outage due to an incident at Amazon Web Services. AWS US-East-1 is experiencing a major outage impacting Intercom services and large parts of the Internet. We’re actively monitoring status updates from Intercom and will share new information as soon as it becomes available.
