Meta have advised that the fix for disruptions impacting message sending, caused by coreapps being stuck on the WhatsApp On-Premise API, has been deployed. This issue has now been mitigated as of 11 August, 6:06 AM PST on the new version 2.49.3. Affected numbers will be upgraded to 2.49.3 in due course.

We are currently waiting on the META engineering team to provide guidance on how to fix the issue presented with the MEDIA downloads.
Until Meta provides a solution or workaround for On-Premise deployments, the issue can be mitigated my migrating affected numbers to the Cloud API via the 360dialog Hub.

We are receiving reports that some end users cannot download the images (media) on their WhatsApp App. From our initial investigation, this appears to be a problem with Meta's media server / media provider. We have escalated the case to Meta's Integration Support Engineering team and are awaiting feedback.

We are aware of an issue with WhatsApp On-Premises API Client v2.47.6 that is resulting in some users only seeing 1 tick on their side in certain scenarios.
Meta have acknowledged this problem and advised upgrading to v2.47.7 to mitigate it.
We are working on migrating impacted numbers to v2.47.7 as soon as possible.
