    Message from Meta: As of March 4, 2022, the patch release (Version v2.39.2) is available to address a bug related to sending media messages by URL with WhatsApp Business Platform on-premises API v2.39.1. This patch release will expire on August 31, 2022.

    Following Meta advice, we have mitigated the issue arising from media sending by rolling back affected numbers to v2.37.1. We are continuing to monitor for affected numbers. For our customers, no action is required.

    Message from Meta: We have identified a bug related to sending media messages with WhatsApp Business Platform on-premises API v2.39.1. While we focus on resolving this issue, we recommend downgrading to v2.37.1. In order to downgrade, you must swap out the container versions and restart them.
