    We are aware of an issue that is affecting subscription cancellations in the 360dialog Hub. Depending on the channel billing method, some Partners cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of Clients.
    Our engineering team is aware of the issue and a fix will be deployed on Tuesday 5th December.
    Until then, affected Partners can request subscription cancellation by contacting the 360dialog support team.
